Booking and Cancellation:
You can cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before the start of the transfer. To confirm the potential refund, you must inform the company directly about the cancellation. Bookings canceled within 48 hours before the transfer date, no-shows on the day of service, or delays due to flight cancellations/delays are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
